77% of people miss out on concerts because they don’t know who to go with. This case study examines how Dice; an innovative ticketing app could suggest friends to see a concert with by analysing their music taste and indicating which are most likely to want to see the artist.

Opening the invites section reveals a carousel list of friends that may want to go see the concert you. The user can send individual invites to those they wish to go with.

The user is also able to see which of their friends has invited them to a show. Here they can accept or decline the invite; accepted invites are moved to the going section, decline invites are marked. Should the user change their mind they can accept a declined invite later.

The going section shows which friends the user is going with. Testing indicated that users may want to buy two or more tickets for them and their friends however they needed a way to know if their friends had bought a ticket already.

This section highlights how many tickets your friends each have, allowing the user to select friends to send a spare ticket to.
